Website Terms of Use
Terms for visiting our public websites and using public WAIA information, enquiries and assessments.
These terms apply to the public websites operated by Nineteen Point Two Limited (company number 15905276), including public WAIA pages. They do not govern a paid WAIA subscription. A paid customer signs a Customer Order Form incorporating the WAIA Terms of Service and Data Processing Agreement.
1. Using the websites
You may browse the websites and use their public features for lawful business and personal information purposes. Do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use the content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
2. Insights and assessments
WAIA insights, visibility checks and other public assessments are general information. Any result is indicative and depends on the information supplied. It is not legal, HR, financial or regulatory advice, a compliance finding or a guarantee of business outcomes. Use your own judgement and appropriate professional advice before acting on it.
3. Website content
Nineteen Point Two or its licensors own the website content, design, branding and assessment materials. You may view, download and share reasonable extracts internally to evaluate WAIA or our services, provided you retain attribution and do not alter their meaning. You may not sell, republish or build a competing service from the content without written permission.
4. Enquiries and contracts
Sending an enquiry, booking a walkthrough or completing a public assessment does not create a customer subscription or require either party to buy or supply WAIA. Any paid subscription is agreed through a signed Customer Order Form and its incorporated terms.
5. Personal data and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Notice describes cookies and similar technologies used on our websites.
6. Availability and links
We may change, suspend or withdraw public website features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are their operators’ responsibility.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for business loss arising from reliance on general website content or indicative assessment output without independent review. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
